Tax Return Preparation

Personal Tax Return (T1)

  • $125 Minimum rate per Basic personal Return.

  • $350+ Basic tax return with rental properties (T776).

  • $375+ Sole proprietorship (T2125) information.

  • $395+ Basic tax return with various investment slips and capital disposition summaries.‍

  • $550+ Sole proprietorship with rental properties

Corporate Tax

  • $2,400-$4,000 – Corporate year-end and tax return preparation. The end result will be a set of financial statements with our standard Practitioners Communication attached and a duly completed corporate income tax return, prepared based on the final set of financial statements.​

​

  • $2,550-$4,500 – First-year costs are generally within this range, re: set-up, transition and our getting to know your business.

​

  • Note: For corporate year-end work, our pricing assumes that the company’s bookkeeping is completed and correct before we begin. We may charge additional fees based on incomplete or inaccurate bookkeeping depending on the amount of work that is required to bring the company’s books and records to an acceptable standard to facilitate your tax filings.

Additional Services

Additional charges apply for:

  • Calculating & reporting rental income

  • Calculating & reporting business income

  • GST return preparation and filing

  • Complex investments, capital gains, and reconciliations

  • Canadian Form T1135 – Foreign Income Verification Statement

  • Charity Returns T3010

  • T4/T4A/T5 Tax slips

  • Training Sessions
